Before sending a correction
Include the page URL, the exact statement that needs correction, a current public link or a reproducible in-game observation, and the date you checked it. Explain what another player should see when repeating the same check.
Official support boundary
We cannot recover Roblox accounts, handle purchases, moderate players, grant rewards, or speak for the game creators. Use Roblox and creator-owned channels for official support.
Safety reminder
Never email a Roblox password, security cookie, payment number, private server credential, one-time code, government ID, or a child’s personal information. We do not need those details for a correction.
